You can permanently delete your Okardcare account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this — choose the one that works for you.
If you can sign in to the Okardcare app, this is the fastest way to delete your account and data:
If you cannot sign in to the app, send us a deletion request by email. Include the email address or phone number registered to your account so we can verify your identity.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days:
Some data must be kept after account deletion to comply with the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 25/NA (2017), the Lao Accounting Law, and other applicable regulations. We retain only the minimum necessary, securely and in restricted form:
Active-system deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Backup copies are overwritten on a rolling basis and fully expire within 90 days. After these periods, only the legally required data described above remains.
