Provider Terms and Conditions

1. Term of Service

    1. Qualifications for medical candidates

    1. Applicants must have a graduation certificate and a medical license from the Department of Medicine of the Ministry of Health in the field they are applying for in order to proceed with the approval process in accordance with the law
    2. Those who have never been subject to disciplinary action in the form of medical treatment or criminal punishment due to intentional misconduct, with certification from the relevant sector
    3. Candidates must have many years of experience and specialized knowledge, as well as knowledge of the most responsive treatment, care, and treatment facilities, both domestically and internationally, in specialized fields with quality in terms of service and treatment in detail

    2. Professional liability

    1. All applicants can provide emergency and scheduled services without restrictions
    2. Communicate with patients politely and respectfully, avoiding language or behavior that may cause fear, distress, or emotional harm
    3. Provide detailed advice on the patient's symptoms or illness, so that the patient is aware and understands the benefits and harms of seeking treatment or care correctly and clearly, so that the patient understands in detail
    4. If the patient's symptoms require treatment, whether early or late, it is necessary to advise treatment facilities such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, etc. to be consistent with highly reliable treatment in terms of quality and good service to the patient
    5. You must strictly adhere to the time specified or scheduled for the patient. If there is an emergency, notify the system so that a new doctor can be assigned to the patient at the scheduled time. If you do not notify the system so that a new doctor can be found, the system will temporarily suspend your service until reconsideration
    6. Patient information must be kept confidential and patient secrets must not be released to the public through any channels

    3. Compensation and Benefits

    1. Consultation 900 kip per minute
    2. Emergency service 1.800 kip per minute
    3. Income is calculated on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
    4. Withdrawal: 1 time per day, maximum 1,000,000 kip

    4. Additional benefits

2. Conflict resolution

    1. The patient or doctor must collect relevant evidence such as photos, audio, video and other information that can be used as evidence, and submit a written request to the Career Center within 15 business days.
    2. The opportunity for the clerk to investigate the dispute is where, when, by whom, etc.
    1. The Opportunity will act as a neutral mediator between such disputes in accordance with the Opportunity's policies and terms.
    2. Both parties must cooperate in good faith and provide relevant detailed information (such as meeting notes, conversation notes, or other relevant evidence)
    3. If Opportunity Care is unable to mediate to reach an agreement, Opportunity Care is ready to cooperate with both parties in resolving the relevant disputes under the laws of the Lao PDR

3. Account closure

  1. Deleting an account from the system is irreversible, including all usage history and all records will be permanently deleted, but must pass verification and a written request from the account owner before approval of deletion
  2. Deletion is irreversible, including all usage history and payment records, but must pass proper account verification before deletion is approved
  3. Any account that is inactive for 1 year will be automatically deleted by the system, but the system will notify you via email 1 month in advance
  4. Okardcare may suspend or close accounts in cases of fraud, misuse, or policy violations
  5. Any outstanding payments or refunds must be paid before account deletion
